Etaliqx Analytics ("Etaliqx", "we", "us") runs this website and our live analytics cohorts. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you apply for a cohort: your name, email, WhatsApp number, whether you are a student or working professional, your current level, your goals and anything else you choose to tell us.
When you send a message: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, topic and message.
When you sign in with Google (if enabled): your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
When you pay: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment and your application ID; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Technical data: a temporary, scrambled version of your IP address to block spam form submissions (deleted within 24 hours), and the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To review your application, reply to your message and confirm your seat.
To run the cohort: share schedules, class links, materials and certificates.
To contact you by email or WhatsApp about your application or the course you joined.
To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and to protect our forms from misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run Etaliqx, each for their specific purpose:

Hostinger: hosts this website, its database and our email.
Razorpay: processes payments.
Google: provides "Continue with Google" sign-in (if enabled) and the fonts used on this website.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep learner records for as long as you are part of a cohort and for up to 3 years afterwards, so we can verify certificates and keep records for tax and accounting. Applications and messages that do not lead to enrolment are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it;
nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

Email info@etaliqx.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS, our database is not publicly accessible, and only authorised Etaliqx staff can view applications.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us before you apply.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
