These terms apply when you use this website or join a cohort run by Etaliqx Analytics ("Etaliqx", "we", "us"). By applying or paying, you agree to them.
Our courses
Etaliqx runs live, online analytics cohorts. Course content, dates, schedule and fees for each batch are shown on the website or shared with you before you pay.
Applying and enrolling
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We may accept or decline applications to keep each cohort small and well matched.
- Your seat is reserved only once your payment is received and we have confirmed it to you by email or WhatsApp.
- Please give accurate information when you apply.
Fees and payment
- Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the website or the payment page before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Enter your application ID on the payment page so we can match the payment to you.
- Refunds and batch transfers follow our Refund Policy.
Schedule changes
We may occasionally need to reschedule a session or move a batch's start date. We will tell you as early as possible. If a change means you can no longer attend, you can request a refund under our Refund Policy.
Your account and access
Class links, materials and community access are for you alone. Please do not share them with others.
Course materials
All course content, including slides, datasets, exercises, cheat sheets, guides and any session recordings, belongs to Etaliqx. You may use it for your own learning and keep your project work for your portfolio. You may not copy, resell, publish or redistribute our materials, or record live sessions, without our written permission.
Conduct
Be respectful to instructors and fellow learners. We may remove anyone who harasses others, disrupts sessions or misuses course materials, without a refund.
Certificates
Learners who complete the cohort receive an Etaliqx certificate. Completion requirements, such as attendance and project submission, are shared at the start of the cohort.
No job guarantee
We teach practical skills and help you build a portfolio, but we do not guarantee a job, promotion, salary increase or any other particular outcome. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
Liability
We work hard to keep the website and our teaching accurate and available, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the cohort concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you pay applies to that cohort.
